Look directly underneath the Words "electrical layout" on your diagram. It mentions an optional data acquisition cable, part# 76950114 that comes optional with kit 15-7011. it has a purple wire and a purple/white wire.
The purple wire is your analog out that would go to EIO pin 1 and the purple/white is your reference ground and will go to pin 5

Your custom pid will show volts /.625 + 10

SECTION 6 - DATA ACQUISITION OUTPUT
    WIRES
The Data Acquisition cable is designed to produce
a calibrated lambda/AFR output voltage that ranges
    from 0 - 5 volts.
Your data acquisition device, or flash tuner device,
should have a provision in their software to define
the analog input. Enter the following formula:
    (Volts * 1.6)+10 = AFR.
The Data Acquisition cable has two wires as shown
    in Figure S:
    • violet wire is the 0 - 5 volt signal
    • white/violet wire connects to the data
    acquisition device ground reference
    Note: The white/violet wire is not a ground;
however, it needs to be connected to a ground.
It is important the data acquisition device has
its own ground to the vehicle.
Data acquisition device types are varied. Some may

If you need to test, put a 1.5v AA battery across those same pins on the plug and it should show you ~12.4:1 AFR on your log. Also put a volt meter on the output of your Wideband and see what you get. It may be defective.
