2-bar KPA to Boost Conversion Help

When I convert what I am seeing for KPA to PSI it gives me roughly 2x the boost I would expect to see. I must be missing something simple. What is it?

Please explain, I'm not sure I understand what you are saying.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    subtract 14.5038 from it....
I'm guessing you are converting kpa to psi....
    100kpa is 0 boost
subtracting 100kpa first or subtracting 14.5038 from your end result will give you boost amount

    =(kpa*0.145038)-14.5038
