Trying to use it but it keeps asking me for an application key. I went to the website to try and setup a new account, but it wont let me set anything up without an Application key.
Im very excited about buying this so i really wanna start tweakin with my car.
I did e-mail the reseller but havent heard back yet.
Any help guys?
Shoot support at hptuners.com an email with your serial number & a link to this thread & I'll get you up and running.
Normally your reseller should have sent you the application key which would've ultimately allowed you to create your customer page.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I am having the same problem but it wont accept my application key.
Hello Bill.. I just received my tuner from a reseller and my app key was not included in any email. I have called and sent emails but no reply..
