G8GT and HPTuners on order

Ill probably receive the hpt before the car, however, as soon as I take delivery, Ill try to post up the stock tune for everyone to take a look at. I plan on reducing the torque management, as well as firm up the transmission shifts. Anything else I should look for?

When you get it, work with HPTuners to get the tune posted, and I'm sure ppl will help.

I didnt order an 888 , so my car is probably still on the boat, shouldn't be more than a couple of weeks. I did test drive an 888 yesterday, its an awesome vehicle, and I cant wait to get mine!

Just to let you know guys we now support the G8 as we have now done the mapping on them and is in the latest beta.

Just looked at one today and for the dollar it's a damn good car. Makes me want to make the truck a weekend vehicle and get a car for better mpg.

Once you have the vehicle on hand simply send us a vcm suite infolog while connected to the vehicle to support at hptuners.com and I'll set you up.

Just got my car! its friggin sweet! Definitely hauls ass stock! highly recomended!

I sent in my info log , ill post up the stock tune once I'm set up!

Here is the stock tune.. The car sure freaked out while i was reading the tune, chiming at me , telling me that the trac control and abs was disabled, "contact dealer" on the display... It went back to normal after the read. Im suprised Onstar didn't tell me to stop screwing with the car!

Wierd, I have the very latest beta and your file gave me an "Unable to open file. File failed validation check." error. Any one else see this error with this file ^^^?

We got ours Monday of this week and where quick to start working on it! We are trying to get a intake ready for them. We also have thermostats for them to knock the temperature down a bit

The file got corrupted during the upload , the one on my computer works fine, yet if I download it from here i get the same error...

Ill try this again.
