quick ? about OL EQ ratio and my maf.

well i got my maf table all hammered out finally. now i am ready to go back to running in closed loop. my questions are

should i change my OL EQ ratio under 100 degrees back to stock and leave the rest at 1.00? (for cold startup)

    2. now that i have my MAF table (Airflow vs Freq.) table correct does this mean that if i command a new afr the actual afr should be pretty close? assuming i stay in MAF open loop.

i attached a pic of what i was thinking on doing.
