06 c6 Flashing SES HELP NEEDED!!

Guys I have a 06 c6 a6 car here that is flashing the ses light. The car has a camshaft & procharger with 60# injectors. The a/f is perfect the timing is perfect, the misfire tables are set to the max 32676 or so, the p0300 code is turned off. After all this the car is still flashing the ses light. We've tried reading the code to see what code is coming up, but nothing shows up on hptuners.

We can check for DTC's at the exact time the light is flashing.. Even with the ses flashing the hptuners cable reads no codes. What do you guys think?

    Thanks!

    Jason

if the code is turned off it will never show
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

it was a brand new pcm just installed in the car today. The dealer did the crank relearn & I took it from there.

The previous computer in the car didn't flash the ses light & it was tuned by a ls1 edit cable

Keeping with typical ls1 edit style we were unable to open the old computer so we bought a new one to start fresh.

looking at the tune, if you ask me your probably getting a random misfire, but again it'll never show since you've turned off the code.

but how could the code flash with the p0300 disabled & the 32878 pasted all over the misfire tables?

When I open that tune file I see the misfire tables all 65535.
The max value in the description is 32768. I wonder if this is
somehow making a "wraparound" and your misfire threshold
is insanely low (negative, 2s complement) rather than the
desired insanely high you intended. Like, -everything's- a
    misfire?

Maybe try writing the tables with something less out-there
like 32000, which is still plenty high enough to do nothing.

just to add my input, it seems that on GM's the flashing SES is definitely a p0300 code... have you checked your plugs by chance? *shrug* when this was happening to me, i pulled plugs and a couple of them were completely soaked.

The crazy thing is the car is making perfect dyno pulls & doing very well. What I dont get is how could the ses be flashing with the code turned off??

Anyone know anything else that makes a 06 flash ses besides misfires?

Steady light would be P0300 random misfire (or P0301 -
P0308 single cylinder misfire) but flashing is "misfires
    now, ouch" complaining.

Log the misfire current cylinder 1-8 and revolution mode.
See if any are active. If so then misfire detection is not
in fact disabled (see conjecture about wraparound).

there was a minor bug in the versions previous to 2.1.18. The scaling factor was incorrect. The units are correct now. Regardless of this the maximum value settings will not cause a wraparound effect or any other issues compared to previous versions. If you increase your decimals in the table you'll see that max value is 32767.5 (ie. 65535/2). That is, the only change made was to the scaling factor that displays the values as 32767.5 instead of 65535.

Some newer 07 operating systems also got some extra tables that were added for .18.
