Having issues with my E90 Non Global B new ECM

I ordered an upgraded E90/E93 non global B ECM from hptuners to go with my whipple supercharger, after installing the computer said it needed to be unlocked and would not let me continue further then that? How do I get it unlocked?this is for a 2019 gmc Sierra 5.3 Any help is much appreciated Thankyou in advance

First question is, are you using the latest Beta?

Second question, do you have the .pdf of the E90 installation instructions? If you have the latest Beta and you did the "PCM replacement" as outlined in the instructions there shouldn't be an issue. I've done 3 or 4 of them and they all went according to plan.
