2005 Silverado 1500 5.3 L33 Truck Norris Cam. Wont start without throttle when hot

This just got back from the tuner. It's my bros truck, i found out that when the truck is hot it starts up, idles above 1000 rpm for a few seconds then dips low, then it stalls. The rpm still dips on a cold startup, but not as much to cause a stall.
In the log i have included, i try to start the truck when its already up to temp. it starts then stalls, i attempted to start it again, it starts, then the rpm dips almost as if it was going to stall then it recovered. I then turn it off again and restart, the third time it stalls again.
If i assist the start by adding throttle it will start and run normally after a few seconds, then i can drive it around normally with no stalling or idling issues.
I Would like to know if there are any suggestions on what may be the cause. Thank you for your help!

Have you mentioned this to your tuner?

what is garbage about it? Clearly it has issues, Do you know what would fix the starting issue? Don't even bother replying if you're just gonna say its trash n move on. I appreciate everyone who helps, but definitely dont appreciate the bs comments.

Yeah it's kinda ugly. Who TF runs 32 degrees of idle timing???

Don't be mad at me I didn't do it. Not even a full MAF tune (which would be wrong anyway) since High RPM disable is 1000rpm, VE, base spark, idle spark, fuel transient min, PE (or lack of PE since min tq is still 100%) are the big ones. There's surely more.

Not mad at you bro. I do appreciate the help, Thank you and i'm going to look into that stuff. I also am not upset that you called it a trash tune, I like to hear your guys feedback and you may just be right. I'm just trying to figure out, why its trash. lol I'm not used to these engines at all, I only have some experience tuning hemi's as i don't own any chevs. I do know a bit about tuning so if theres suggestions i can look into it. The tune was originally done by one internet tuner that sent it online to my bro to install.
Then he had it in a performance shop to have a truck norris cam and 58lb fic injectors installed. It was dyno tuned there. he just got the truck back and we installed the 2800 converter. While doing test drives after getting it back he discovered it was stalling when hot and trying to start it. The tuner just built onto the tune that was already modified from someone else. So i wouldnt be surprised to hear if a bunch of stuff is not right.

Yeah the tune really doesn't look great. There won't be one or two things that fixes this.. I'd start completely over to be honest.

Take the idle timing down to 18 degrees or so. You want some reserve torque.. 32 is likely past peak torque for idle.
