2000 lq4 idle goes to 2000 rpm on first start up

ok guys im new to this so bare with me i have a 2000 lq4 with a sloppy stage 2 cam 862 heads with larger intake and exhaust valves 4l60e 2500-3000 ptc lock up stall converter 45lb aus injectors part# 56010-410-8-D i recently had it tuned but im starting to have issues with the idle going up to 2000 rpm and it takes about 2 minutes before it gradually comes down to around a 1000 rpm any help would be greatly appreciatedtest new cold air intake box.hplje imports performance re-tune stalling and idle adjustments 4-24-24.hpt

The TPS % is not returning to zero.

Sticky throttle body, worn shaft, or bad TPS

Try disconnecting the battery to clear the zero position first.

Id really recommend going to a 2002 os file. Here is a file i made with some background changes to make this work. I have lots of issues with the 99-00 trucks starting.
