Well, judging by the wealth of information you've provided, looks like it has split fuel trims. If the ONLY modification to the vehicle is a BTR stage 2 cam, looks like you has some problems.

You might want to let it get up to operating temp before you get too wrapped up in what it's doing when it's cold.

Your pid list is terrible. Use the attached channel list for data logging. If you don't know how, search how to download, save and open a channel list.

Bank 1 fuel trims are pegged positive which means it's adding as much fuel as it can on that side. You don't have O2s in your data so I can't see what they look like but I'd bet you have a bad O2 sensor or the whole bank is dead, something like that.

Do you have a temp gun? Infrared point and shoot temp gun? If not go down to Harbor Freight and grab one. They're cheap nowadays. Need to check your exhaust manifold temps.

Bottom line you need to figure out why bank 1 has the trims maxed. There's no tuning that will fix that.

That depends how you want to approach that. But flashing it back to stock won't fix your split fuel trims. I'm telling you that's not something that can be fixed by tooning. Put your laptop and interface down and figure out mechanically what's different between the banks. It's bad so it should be pretty obvious.

Yes but if you want to flash a completely new file to your PCM unless you have unlimited credits you will have to license the new file to flash to your already licensed PCM.

You have a lot of codes that need attention.. sepcifically on the o2 issue anything that says sensor 1.

The passenger side sensor looks like it might be shorted to ground or something is off.
