( Bank 2) O2's hangin around 45-79mv after warmup. But STFT is still looking good?

Tuned by someone else.
LS3. Mafless / SD. LTFT have been disabled/ignored and is only running off STFT. STFT looking normal -+ 5 to 7. Now and then it might blip up to +10 +13 when I gas it but then drops back down to +6-+7

1. Is it OK to run off STFT only? Or should LTFT be re-enabled? Im guessing the tune is built around LTFT being de-activated?

2. After logging with a scanner for 15 minutes or so, I can see Bank 2 Oxygen Sensors Voltage drops and hangs around the 45-78mv mark. While Bank 1 still oscillates between 60-800mv.

However, the both banks STFT Trims still look good -+.10? Scanner shows Closed Loop.

Are the low voltage readings telling me there is something wrong? And the tune is keeping it run OK? Or what issues can be looking at for this to happen?

Some people have a learning plateau instead of a learning curve. This one has started three threads, has attached zero files for any of them.

I'm thinking of writing a little script that auto-adblocks threads, like this one, started by people already on my Ignore list. As it is now I just block them manually one at a time and they disappear from the list of forum posts forever.

I admit I am still new to this stuff, the first post I actually edited it to be deleted because I couldn't do it myself, I even reported it so that someone could delete it but its still there.

However, if a tune file will definitely help i will try get that file to upload on to here.
My data logs are done on my Scan tool's XTool / Autel etc (not VCM). Not sure if i can upload these files here, but I can do a screen video if it will help.

I have been trying to understand alot about this, and am only on HPTuners site because I know my tuner used the MPVI3 and you's know alot about these tune's / and fuel trims
