I have had a support ticket open for over a month due to not being able to data log a customers car. The operating system is NR3A-14C204-LB. anyone else having this issue with this operating system or HP taking so long to come up with a fix?
Back story is the car was tuned elsewhere and i could read the car but if i made a single change it would lock the ecu up. After three weeks waiting for support to tell me its corrupt and you need to start from scratch and have ford flash it. Easy enough except a month ago i had for flash the car and now they don't support logging the new operating system.
