I have a new MPVI3 that displayed disabled as soon as I added it to my account. I need this fixed now. My support number is 418218.
It looks like one of our tier 3 techs is attempting to work with you and has sent you a call tag for the device so there are no out of pocket costs to you to send us the the device for inspection and testing at our facility. We should then be able to determine the issue. Unfortunately that is the only resolution we can offer in this case.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
