vcm scanner no channels

i tried to delete profile, and repoll still nothing...

any help? its really hard to tune part throttle with no logging

What exactly is the problem? No channels on the scanner? Or are you not able to input channels in the scanner?

in the channel list, after i connect, it doesn't give any options other than the external sources

did it work before? i know i had an issue with the scanner where i could add channels to the channels list, but could not add channels to the graph or chart channel. the only fix was to wait it out and get an update to fix it. but. i could use another computer to get the channels i needed, then export them to my laptop and it worked.

Is the vehicle supported? Only thing i can think of. Try another device

I can use the editor fine, it's just the scanner. It will read the codes but won't clear them. It's like some stuff works some doesn't

Only thing i can think of is use another laptop and see if it works
