Adding a 180 degree thermostat

I'm new to tuning. I have a Hellcat Challenger that I want to add a 180 degree thermostat. What would I need to adjust on the tune for this install? Thanks

The reason no one is saying anything is because it is not just one or two tables that need to be adjusted

need to change your fan settings and ive changed ve ect factor and ve iat factor but those factors aren't necessary
