12 Silverado 6.2 swap longtube headers no cats 26-2800 stall orig 5.3 e85 flex fuel

Runs good drops to 4-500 rpms when you tap the gas... kinda new at this. Any feedback appreciated

6l80 trans, 4.10 gears, 26-2800 circle d stall, stage 2 btr cam non vvt, stock intake, long tube headers no cats, air raid intake/filter, dual wideband, this is a 4x4 heavy wheelchair accessible truck and we pull a 10,000 lb camper. runs good but a work in progress

Brave guy to be towing more than 10,000lbs in a half ton on top of the weight of you and all your stuff and the added weight of the wheelchair accessible conversion on the truck. Most trucks can't even tow over 9500lbs unless it's a max tow extended cab. I hope this thing is running some top tier suspension to be handling all that and pray that you never get DOT'd or in a wreck and they do an inspection.

Disable the VVT, set the camshaft selection from one to none in the VVT tab.

Lower your over/underspeed spark correction more, aim for +/- 8 degrees. Play with the base running airflow too, seems a little high to me.

Use your widebands to tune the MAF and VVE more and return PE back to stock or less. You are running way too much fuel at wide open throttle.

I highly suggest you turn torque mngt back on for the transmission. It's not going to last long with zero TM, the transmission needs TM to pull power away to make the shifts cleaner. Your shift times are too quick for a heavy truck too, you're asking a lot of this transmission.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

    What 5FDP said, plus:

    - A fair portion of the tune is still setup to run a 5.3, not the 6.2 that's in the truck now. Knock sensor levels stand out especially.
    - PE enrichment rate is set to zero. You went the wrong way with that and actually disabled PE. Look at the AFR during the full throttle run.
    - PE ratios changed cuz reasons? PE enable combined with throttle means you'll be in PE most of the time while towing. Also, don't have Enrichment Throttle set to zero.
    - Getting a little greedy with the rpm cutoff. Try 6300. Look at a dyno graph of the BTR stage 2 truck cam. Speaking of...what cutoff? You've completely disabled Control Method.
    - Typo in 128kPa cell of Injector Flow Rate. Still running the 5.3 injectors? Confirm that info.
    - Why disable FlexFuel?
    - Increase Engine>Fuel>Oxygen Sensors>Integral Delay>Airflow Mode to account for longtubes. Begin by multiplying those values by 1.2 or so.
    - Spark tables look suspicious.
    - Fuel trims are way off. Airflow tuning needs done.

Best advice: Go get it dyno tuned. You're close to destroying the motor and transmission.

Wild looking file lol. I'd honestly load the stock file back in it and start from scratch.
