2002 GMC Sierra 5.3 cammed need help with tune

I have a 2002 GMC Sierra with 5.3l 4l80E transmission. i have my tune sorted so i thought and at 4000 rpms it like it hit rev limiter and will not build speed at higher miles per hour. I am attaching my data log and tune. Any help would be appreciated. Cam specs are 224/230 .553/.547 111+2, Long tube headers 3 inch dual exhaust, LSX 40,000 coil packs ls6 valve springs, and 706 heads.

Hello. Would you make an Idle log using these channels? Get up to operating temp and idle for about a minute or so above your thermostat temp usually about 180*+.
Are you still using the DBC TB?
Are you using the FPR fuel rail from the 2002?

I would work on the spark tables and clean your VE tables up. Also make sure your shift rpm and speed are setup correctly. I don't have a stock 4l80 file in front of me atm to reference. Where is your factory file? Double check fuel pressure also.
