bogging down - popping

Now that the engine is broke-in.

A quick stab of throttle it's bogging down popping. Like a carb with bad accelerator pump.

moderate throttle up it's fine

edit, Turning down fuel pressure, had it at 58 - 60 with vacuum, so that must of pushed pressure over 70 with quick vacuum loss. Checking later when I take car out.


Other thing is I'm not going into PE consistently, even when throttle voltage is met.
