VVE Table Adjustment

Hello All,

Quick and likely dumb question. I've been dialing in the MAF only tune on my sons Camaro (2010 SS, with a cam and headers). He has been driving it for a few weeks and I've dialed in the MAF fueling fairly close and I'm changing to work on the VVE table without the MAF. I assume that changes to the VVE table will not affect the MAF fueling. I basically make sure the MAF doesn't turn on and start the tune process on the VVE table. When its done do a consolidation and set my parameters for when to use one versus the other. Correct?
