If you have the MPVI Pro, yeah you can.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
so i need nothing other than a wideband o2 and the pod? or do i need some kind of module to run o2?
The wideband has to have a controller or a gauge itself, it can't just be the sensor. So like if it was a AEM UEGO wideband or something, that would wire straight into the green piece on the MPVI Pro dongle. Setup the scanner to read the wideband and start tuning.
The newer MPVI2 needs the pro interface too if you had that or go to a serial adapter to read it.
There are other ways to use a wideband but if you have the PRO it's really simple.
