need some advice

I have a diablosport trinity tuner I completely removed the tune using the diablosport to unmarry the device. Then I tried to use Hp Tuners but said failed to read. Could this be because of the previous tune. Do I need to have my PCM flashed by a Tech 2? Thank you! 2006 Silverado 5.3 flex ccsb

A lot of times HPT will not be able to read a PCM tuned by anther software. You would need the stock tune flashed back in how you said.
