Click the code and change the drop down menu to no error reported.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
What 5FDP said. Click the dropdown and choose no error report. The check mark is only there to tell the pcm to turn the light on or not.
If your deleting codes but still have emissions obd2 checks keep the box check marked.
