are there hidden timming correction tables?

well i have my car in SD and some times on warm starts the car just bogs. i give it gas and more gas and it does nothing and then all the sudden kinda launches and it runs fine. last about 5-10 seconds maybe. this happens just after warm starts with high IAT's and i start driving, right after i pull out of a parking spot for example. i put my buddys TA in sd over this last weekend also and zeroed out all the spark retard tables i thought and his does it too. any ideas. did i zero out some wrong table of something? i am posting my file so maybe someone will take a look at it for me please. thanks

Compared to what I'm running with my 03 truck 5.3, your idle spark tables are much flatter than mine. Don't know why that would only affect a hot start though.

ok well my hot starts are good but after i try to give the car gas it wont go and then all sudden it will go vigorusly. what could cause this? its only when its hot and after its set about 5 min or longer. its like its heat soaked and it causes it to go way lean or something. i loged and its not actually pulling timming. i dont have a WB so i cant get the AF
