After submitting a ticket I receive a message containing:
"We have received your request and our team will get back to you shortly. You can log in to the helpdesk to review the status of your request, or check your email for further updates."
Does anybody know where to find, or has anybody found a "helpdesk"?
There is no way to sign in and check the status of your request, if you could provide me your ticket number I can look into it for you

No, but thanks for pointing that out, it will give us a chance to change the message so it does not confuse people.
