    P0420 and P0430 Catalyst Efficiency

    Hey guys,

I installed a set of LG LT headers and hi flow cats on a 2017 Corvette Z51 but I'm getting the P0420 and P0430 code and MIL. I can't get them to turn off either with "no error reported" in diagnostics. Is there something else I have to do to stop them from coming on?

    Thanks in advance!

Disable the SES light check box.

Those codes are also permanent codes and will never fully go away. Plausible they may stop showing up after a long long time but don't count on it. Disable the SES box and the MIL should stop coming on.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

Cat's need a little "Burn in". Also many aftermarket cats have very little platinum, palladium, and rhodium in them. Used to get many cars in with those codes and brand new cats. Especially "Catco" cats. Put stock ones (five times the price) and cat monitors set on first trip.
