1999 Camaro LS1 A4 not shifting

Hi so I posted about this a last week and I didn't get any replies. Not sure if I came off like a prick or something but I really need some help here. I can't get my car to shift properly under full throttle. Like I stated before I changed to a 3.23 gear and I downloaded a stock tune from the hp tuners website and copied over the shift points from a 1999 Camaro LS1 A4 with a 3.23 from the factory. At this point I have bumped down the shift mph, and rpm several times and it still hits the limiter. I have also verified that the speedometer is reading correctly via a GPS speed app. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have enclosed the tune if anyone is willing to take a look. You have your 3-4 shift wot mph set to 215 mph. Your mph for the other shifts may be a little high as well.
