6L80E fastest shifts for drag racing

Trying to figure out whats the best gearshift stratergy for getting down the drag strip as fast as possible.
My VE ute (as per my sig) was shifting in the .3 second range, I have been able to get those down to .15 to .10 but shifting that fast the car seems to have trouble bring the RPM down fast enough and its easier for it to break the tyres loose. I still have stock torque managment and I can see timing being pulled in the logs.
Attached is a log done on the street with my drag radials on. It only has and intake, LS7 MAF and 3.46 diff gears so its doesn't have a lot of power.
It ran 12.55 with the .3 shifts, haven't run it again since I started playing with the shift times.
Would I be best to keep the shifts faster and let it break loose on the gears shifts? or should I slow the shifts down to prevent the wheel spin? or is there a way to get it to bring the engine down faster to match the tyre speed?

    2010 GXP Maloo ute, LS3, 6L80E.
MM heads, 240/252@50 solid cam, 12.75:1 compression, 4500 Dominator converter, 3.46 rears.
    Shooting for 10s eventually.

Start by reading this thread https://forum.hptuners.com/showthrea...light=Tre-Cool

There is another thread also where Tre-Cool explains adjusting the Oncoming Pressure Presets for faster shifts but I cant find it at the moment. All good stuff.

I have the thread saved on another computer, when I find it I'll post

I agree, use the shift pressure and on-coming pressure presets to try and get what you want. Keep the actual shift time around .2000 to .2500 and add a little bit to whichever pattern pressure and go up by like 5% at a time with the on-coming pressure presets. Doing any pressure changes will require a transmission preset/reset with the VCM scanner prior to starting the car again.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
