pcm replacement/ out of a license

Any of you all experience or gone through this before,

friend of mine has a ssr that got his electric fan/pcm replaced at the dealer, i had his pcm added as a single vehicle on my cable and now that the new pcm is there, i'm gonna have to repay 200 more to tune it again.. that sucks.. there should be some policy to help out the paying customer not to loose out..

There is. Its part of the credit upgrade system.

You receive 75% of the value for your single vehicle licenses toward the applicable year/model license.

Same thing with year/model licenses toward the unlimited vehicle group licenses.
