So here is the car's odometer..
And here is the stock tune file:2016 auto lt1 stock tune.hpt
So with the intake manifold and insulating foam under the intake removed we can see the fuel rail and injector pigtails..
The only change we make here is swapping a short piece of fuel line that runs from the rail up to the valve cover..
Up at the front of the motor we need to relocate both the pcv valve and the evap purge solenoid to a remote manifold provided by magnuson..
And we need to swap the thermostat housing for this idler assembly..
The blower comes assembled and before installation the lid, fittings, and heat exchangers need to be removed. Here is the blower prepped for installation..
We are installing this map sensor..
I love these PD blowers. Because they remove the runners. No need to breathe through a straw when your boosted. The shorter the runner the faster you get into boost. And this is an extremely short distance from the screws to the intake valve..
And its even less space because there are heat exchangers that fit in there..
And here is the inside of the lid..
Nice post! Looking forward to more updates!
Did I log onto LS1tech by accident this morning?
15 certs. actually. And a healthy investment over the years in the tuning school. I only call myself a good tech. The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence, on the other hand, calls me an Advanced level engine performance specialist, a master tech, an undercar specialist, a school bus tech, a transit bus tech, a medium/heavy truck tech, and a few others to equal 8 professional titles. Thank you so much for pointing that out. And FYI, for this tuning forum, I am including before and after tune files. Now you should not hate and should be happy to see the actual hardware setup that goes with the tune. Am I right or am I right? So then Why don't you calm down and be happy that I am about to share a known good boosted LT1 tune file with all of you?

Yup. I'm definitely on LS1tech...
I enjoy the eye candy ... not to piss off anyone, but I like it
So back to the c7 with the fascia removed..
The Low Temp Radiator mounts directly in front of the condenser. To make the install easier Magnuson has made the LTR in 2 halves. Upper and Lower and they go in 1 at a time and connect to each other in place. Here is the installed LTR..
And the coolant pump mounts just on the side of the LTR and it mounts to the core support on the LH side of the car..
Fast forward past re-assembly and here is our finished Magnuson Supercharged 2016 Stingray..
And I had to park it next to my c5 for a picture..
So this tune is for a 3 bar map sensor. The one in one of the above pictures. Here you all go and I am always happy to share any tune file I have with anybody here: 2016 auto magnuson tune.hpt

Very Nice. Shame these bad boys can't be converted to RHD like the C6's can be.
So The magnuson tvs2300 is worth 521/558 at the tires on a base model LT1 c7 with the supplied tuner kit. Can the tune be better? Well I don't know about making more or less power until I try but I am certain that the tune can use some smoothing on the main spark tables. Kind of unreal that that is how a tuner kit would come, but then I have never been a fan of canned tunes. However the car runs and drives ok and makes good power. So the file I shared is still known good. But all beware, the main spark tables look a little funky. or at least they do to me.
What pulley combo and how much boost?
I’ll look at there supplied tune later, thanks for sharing!
The Eforce tunes have around 14-15 degrees and mid 11 AFR
