    LB7 VCM fails to read please help

    When I try to connect and read my 2003 Silverado, the HUD on the IC resets as the VCM suite tries to read it. The VCM Suite loads 25% and stops with a x7F code. The TCM behaves the same way. If I had to guess, I'd say the PCM/TCM is locked? I made it all the way to 100% one time after a few attempts and it won't even start the download of information to the VCM Suite. Any tips will help. Thank you

    Update: I was able to communicate and unlock the TCM and ECM. They have to be unlocked and tuned separately, I'm guessing because they're two separate modules, so it'll cost four credits to tune the truck as a whole. I was able to communicate once I removed the 15 amp fuse for the aftermarket radio that is installed in the truck...
