68 camaro with LQ4 need help

I have a 68 Camaro with the following set up. this is my first time attempting anything with HP tuners. I thought I could just do a segment swap for the 4L60E to T56 conversion but I was wrong. Currently the car will run and drive but surges and stutters on initial take off. after driving the car revs to around 2k and will not drop back down. I have played with it for a few days now and I noticed it always happens around 200 degrees. I'm sure I am missing something, any help would be great.

    LQ4
    T56
    roller rockers 1.7
    polished and ported stock heads
    102mm intake and throttle body
after market cam with 623 lift
running hydro boost brakes and no air conditioning

You can use a 2002 camaro file to use for the segment swap if you want, the OS's are the same on the 2002 file I looked at in the tune repository.

Past that un-tuned airflow and timing tables will cause you tons of idle and off idle problems.

Looks to be setup for speed density correct so you'll be working with the VE table and hopefully you have a wideband handy.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
