    LTFT B1 pegged at 25%

What am I missing here? Fuel trim goes normal as soon as you touch the gas. I've searched and can't find any vacuum leaks.IMG_0415.jpgIMG_0415.jpg

Yes, you risk running that bank actually lean. The fuel trims can be adding that fuel to keep that bank at stoich. You either have unmetered air entering only that bank, an actual lack of fueling only on that bank, an exhaust leak by the O2 only on that bank or a bad O2 sensor on that bank. Find the problem. Most times it takes a smoke machine to find an intake leak.

I tried spraying brake clean around the intake and the vacuum lines and saw no change in fuel trims. I'll pick up a new B1S1 o2 tomorrow and see if there is any change

Would be cheaper to swap the sensors R&L and see if the problem moves to the other side. I've never understood spending money on parts without some real diagnosing and troubleshooting first. But it's your money.
