    02 shift tables on 98

    Is the 02 tables "better"?

    The stock tables are stupid but MPH is MPH, RPM is
    RPM pretty much. I don't know as '02 is any better
    than '98 in terms of transmission responsiveness or
    anything. But see this, bearing in mind gearing
    differences:

    No, this is just a capture of my personal settings
    but I figure the basics, shiftpoints and converter
    lockup strategy are pretty much universal (though
    you may disagree with the details, prefer to lock
    in 3rd under some circumstances, have different
    gears or whatever). The main thing I was after
    was pedal-proportional kickdown behavior and a
    smooth, crisp tranny action.

    Dunno what-all might be found in the cars with a
    separate TCM.

    Don't take this batch of settings as gospel, use
    pieces of it that address something you want to
    fix specifically.

    There is a little differences between 98 and 02 thats why i asked, I will try yours
