6.0 random misfires???

I am tuning a 6.0 replacement in a 5.3 truck. The idle (have not messed with just yet) is a lil rough as far as vibration sometimes. Truck runs good and the stock engine is tuning easily except it keeps popping up a "RANDOM MISFIRE" DTC on the passenger side in cylinders 2 & 6 mainly. I'm pretty sure that's where the rough idle comes from because the truck is smooth as silk while driving. I have swapped coils and O2s side to side with no change whatsoever. Any suggestions???? you need to adjust the tables under misfire detection (under knock sensor) if you are using the 5.3 firmware on the 6.0. It will have a different rotational loads and will detect misfires because they are out of the expected parameters. I believe I found the highest reasonable value in the table and set the entire table to that value to cure mine. This has no effect on knock detection that I know of.
