HELP - New Laptop and no install CD

I've tried to get things up and running, the interface lights up and the laptop dings when the interface is plugged in... But past that I don't see HPTuner program and can't make anything work..... What on earth do I do.... I think I have windows 8.1

You need to download the software from your "Customer Center" webpage (https://www.hptuners.com/customers/). Unfortunately, they never did make version 2.24 available for download again (like they said they would), so you are going to be forced to use version 3.0 now, which is very differernt than the versions you are used to. Just be prepared to spend a significant amount of time getting familiar with 3.0!

I guess I will uninstall everything and start over.... I downloaded that and it doesn't seem to work...

Are the USB drivers installed? Is HP Tuners A and B showing up in Device Manager?

Finally got it to work. I loaded an older version and it worked fine
