Any concerns on the longevity of the transmission at that level? Believe earlier estimates on torque capability of the A8 is closer to 650 crank tq, you are WAY past that point.

We put our first Hellcat A8 on the dyno today.
Our dyno is a Dyno Tech by Dyno Dynamics.
She is a heartbreaker when it comes to absolute numbers.
Saw all the same things you guys have. Throttle delay and it will shift at 6200. (Is there a trick to getting it to not upshift?)
As you know, the HP curve is still heading up.
544 hp @ 6100.
so now time to play.
Couple of questions if you all don't mind.
I get WB Lambda in the scanner log. Right around .86 Lambda under boost. Can I believe these numbers? That's approx. 12.6:1 AFR.
We haven't added our own WB to the exhaust.
You can have the dash display show AFR. When in closed loop, it shows 13.5:1. Sadly, I didn't watch what it said during the pull. Do you guys pay attention to it?
Fun stuff for a GM tuner to play with.

Agree on the dash AFR reading. If only we could data log that.
The WB lambda that I am logging show fueling changes, but aren't following commanded.
We are seeing the heat soak issues.
Also get better numbers in 5th vs 4th. Converting our numbers to DJ numbers, we are right in line with the 618 seen by others with the stock tune.
I run it in 5th. Yea the MD500 will shut down at 200... Learned that with some cars in the past and a recent A6 5.0

You can change the speed limit in the Mustang config file if you want. I don't advise regularly running your dyno above the speed the bearings are rated at but we do alot of LSR cars so we need a little more speed
RonSSnova - we video's the dash WB reading and used a sniffer in the pipe. We were seeing high 12's and even a few spots at 13 on the dash and the dyno WB logged the same.
12-13 AFR seems awfully lean, what kind of timing are they running?
Yes it does. I have a remote customer that has been datalogging his AF in a HC Charger and he's getting the same results.
I have only made dyno pulls and have not tuned or attempted to datalog one yet so I can't tell you what the actual timing is.
I do have a Hellcat tune file and if I am reading it right it looks like it's calling for roughly 14-17 degrees advance above 4800.
Can someone post a stock auto hellcat tune? I have a stock one to tune when it comes in a couple weeks.
I just tune the car and remove the catalytic but the car yesterday turn on the check engine light and the code P2629 appears. P2629-O2 SENSOR 2/1 PUMP CELL CURRENT TRIM CIRCUIT/OPEN
How I can remove the code without hurting the performance?
My car had 742 whp and 719 lbs torque in a dyno jet .
