I'm having some issues with my Dell laptop finding the interface. Don't know what could have happened but it's not working anymore. I've plugged it into my desktop and it finds it just fine. Both are running Windows 10.
I downloaded the latest 2.24 and still can't recognize it. The power light comes on the interface when plugged into the USB port. It also powers up when plugged into the OBDII port.
What can I do to get it working again?

Try installing the drivers.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

That worked. Guess I haven't done anything with HPT since I upgraded to Win10.
