I was finishing my tune wrote the ecm, and added a couple of things went to rewrite and hit abort because I forgot something
and now it it will not read the ECM when it gets to step 3 it says Requesting Acess Failed

sounds like changed to a custom operating system and then didn't follow the proper key off procedure.
email support.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
