07 Colroado I4 PCM swap trouble

Customer has supplied me with a junkyard PCM out of the same year 07 Colorado both 4 cylinders. His factory PCM doesnt work unless you hold a blow dryer on it to get it warm, so He bought a different PCM. I took the VATS, out and it starts but it doesnt idle right, at all. It should be idling at 750 when the ECT is up to temp but its a rough 550-570. It throws codes P0449 Evap, P0506 idle speed low, P0315 crank position system variation not learned, and P1400 EGR.

Since its a PCM change I tried to do the case learn. Parking brake set, and all. But when I try to his fuel cut the speedometer rises and it says vehicle is moving and kills it. I disabled the EVAP light, and all the rest and cleared it as well. Still does it. However when you drop the shift in drive the engine stalls.

I'm confused as to why it would do this. Any ideas?
