Your VE needs much work. Your IFR and offset vs VAC tables are wrong, regardless of what injector you're running. Flash the tune back in with those items fixed, and LTFT's turned off. Log your STFT's and apply those to your VE values and you'll quickly see things start to clean up. Log the car and post it up if needed.
