    01 gmc savanna 2500 4.3 unable to locate VCM

    Hi I have an 01 gmc savanna 2500 cargo van with a 4.3 and I am getting an error message unable to locate vcm when trying to do a read and when trying to scan with hp tuners yet I can scan it with my snap on modis and a obd 2 generic scanner Unrelated this is a new PCM in the truck. Changed for evap problems couldn't scan it with the old PCM installed or now the new one.

    I also tried for a vcm info log but it still says unable to locate vcm
