2 Bar Custom OS base tune for starting point

    '12 LS3, M6, SLP TVS2300, headers, catless. 2 bar OS, 1.75 bar scaling. 10 psi boost, 95 lb injectors, E85

I used Bluecat's conversion tool from an LSA VVE table as the LS3 VVE conversion didn't make sense over 105 kPa.

Injectors & VE tables scaled 80% to fit the 16 g/sec limit but I probably missed a few (hundred) tables.

Fans scaled down for my 160* stat.

Wondering what else I missed for a starting point. Please review if you have the time.

The base tune started from the SLP canned tune over a year ago. It'll be a week or two before I have time to upload the tune and start dialing it in.

    Thanks.

Well, I had time today so I uploaded the 2 bar OS, it wouldn't idle under 900 rpm until I disabled the Dynamic Airflow by lowering it to 400 RPM. Was at 900. Increased the VE table the 20% I took out for the injector scaling but still no joy. Runs fine MAF only for now, got the MAF dialed in to a few %.

I'm at a loss why it won't idle with the dynamic airflow enabled. Injector ms drops to almost zero when it gets under 900 rpm and it dies with the dynamic airflow enabled at 900 rpm. I'm missing something.

I think I found it, I entered the VE in % format, not GMVE. It idles now.

Here's a good running VE table, 2010 Camaro Whipple 2bar Custom OS, stock whipple injectors, but I've spent allot of time with the VE tables. It's currently in speed density right now since I was re-checking the VE table. For some reason my boost valve closes fast so it's hard to hold anything between 100-115kpa... it's either no boost, or over ~110kpa... not sure why. I haven't re-checked the WOT areas above 3800rpm but they should be close. It's not setup for E85 at all, 10lbs boost, rest is stock, stock exhaust, etc.

Thanks for sharing that, been running MAF over 800 rpm. Hoping to tune the VE this summer when I get some time. Should be a good starting point for my setup.
