E67 Crate Mafless SD Tuned weird bucking at times...

Update: Figure out how to view the Bluecat VE table in 3D mode and found a crazy spike of 4 cells right in the range that the issue was happening, lol. Smoothed it to match surrounding cells and as is well.

MAF is failed and used Bluecat V4 for Virtual VE tuning.

So idle is fine and WOT is fine. Part throttle like 35-45% and it will sometimes start this nasty bucking like you hit a hard rev limiter.
So far the only freak I've spotted in the scan is the injector DC will spike up to 200% and g/cyl spikes 4.0 then the bucking hits. I've never seen anything like this before.

MAF Sensor state stays as Failed
Air Calc Mode stays Hi Speed
AFR Commanded stays the same

This is making car not drivable at this point.
Thinking out loud now that I'm not in front of the car, but could it be rich spikes in my VVE table causing this? Maybe I need to smooth it and knock off the high peaks and smooth out the transitions in part throttle areas.
