Use the MAF Airflow vs. Period table for tuning. Yes the table is upside down. Just pay attention to the right side column marked AIRFLOW. It's in #/min and on a stock vehicle ranges from 0 - 68.
You will need a scan tool to check the short term trims but can quickly tune the MAF by holding the car on the dyno in 4 - 6 places in rpm starting with idle and getting an average trim and applying it to the whole table for starters. Then go back and set the table in specific locations. IF the trims are max'd out then you will have to do the first step again. Make sure the engine is at temp or you'll be chasing your tail. AND... change everything else back
