    Question 2013 Cadillac escalade not connecting to interface...

    MPVI is not showing power from diagnostic port. says its not connecting... I have version 2.24 and just reinstalled all drivers...

    I thought it was the truck, but that year/model is supported.

    Does a hand held scanner connect?

    Have you check to see if there is a fuse or if somehow the cig lighter fuse may be blown as that on many GM vehicles can control power the obd 2 port.
    2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

    If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
