    Tuners cable,,adjust with new cable of my own

    Wasnt sure how to word this. But,,if i have my tuner use his cable to tune my car whicj is a pro cable. Then,,if i buy my own hptuners setup can i make adjustments to his tune with my cable?? And also if he tunes with a pro and i just get a standard can i still adjust??

    Pro vs Standard doesnt matter, if he has locked your controllers then you will have to have him unlock them before you can use your cable.

    Also how is your wideband setup?
    Through IEO inputs or direct to pcm with AC or EGR?

    Its not done yet,, so i dont have a wideband,,right now car is only bolt on car getting ready to purchase and trying to decide which way to go..tuner already has Pro dont know how he has wideband setup, so if he doesnt lock it with pro i could in all reality do some adjustments with standard?

    With Standard you need to hook wideband up through egr or ac ports

    If not locked you would still need to purchase the credits for it.
