I have an 03 Z06 vette that was running great with a 90mm throttle body. Easy quick starts, perfect idles, no stalling or hanging idle. The vehicle idled at 700 rpms and was smooth for the cam and power levels, with nice AFR. The Z was peaking at 560rwhp and flatlined at 560 from 6100 to 6800. It has a fast 102 and I decided to change to a NW 102 to match the intake and remove the restriction at the top end. The throttle body was installed and now the car will not start without manual throttle, stalls all the time, dies after being reved up and will go into power reduction at higher throttle openings but not always. Idles ruff at 900 and the exhaust smells really bad. I changed the scaler and have started changinging everything. I had so much time into the tune with the 90mm and don't want to spend forever making changes to everything in the calibration for the 102mm. What am I missing, what do you normally do when going to a 102?
