    Excel spread sheet

Im trying to put together a spread sheet that I can put trany torque
numbers in one row ,then put the pressures in the next row, then
Put my scalling percentage in. dos any one know how to write the
formula that would just shift all the presurses down the colum the given percentage

The torque column would have something like this:

    Column B cells
=(column A*C1) "Column A" would be the corresponding cell to the left

C1 would be your scaling percentage
    Column A=torque #s
    Column B=pressures
