04 GTO H/C Tune

I have been working this tune for a little while now. I think it idles good with no surging at stop or idle hunting. Would just like some more experienced folk to take a look and tell me what they see. Im not sure why but my fuel trims seem to be all over the place. The scan and config I posted is a short drive I did. Any help would be appreciated.
