I've been running e85 for a couple years now. MPG is around 20 highway, and usually averages 17-18 for my mixed driving. I run an open loop tune monitored with a wideband gauge, so I have it running leaner.

This is a scan of my average timing:

    2000 Regal GS | Twin-Charged T72 | HPT Pro + PLX Wideband | 12.55 @ 110 on 15psi | Now running 20psi on E85!

    1998 5.9L Durango | Powerdyne supercharger @6psi | Mesa Headers | Gibson Cat-back | 1.7 RR's | Tuned PCM | Ported Heads | Custom TB & Intake | Custom fuel rails | Rebuild coming soon...

I'm running it as well. I dropped 8 tenths of a second going from 93 octane and 3.5 pulley to E85 and 3.2 pulley. The only other change was 60lbs injectors.

my mileage is about the same as above too. I get a little better on the freeway though, maybe 22-23.
